We offer two group programs for self-identified girls and self-identified boys in grades 6-8. They’re called Go Girls! and Game On and they each run for eight weeks at various times throughout the year. Participants meet for one hour each week at the child’s school. Each session includes four themes: physical activity, healthy eating, self-esteem, and communication skills.

Go Girls! and Game On are led by young and fun volunteer mentors. Children with mentors in their lives report better mental health, social connections, and educational engagement.
