Fred J. Watkins Scholarship Application – Continuing Students The Fred J. Watkins Foundation Scholarship was established in 2021 by the late Fred Watkins who wanted to leave a legacy that would provide young people with the gift of a bright future. The scholarship provides encouragement and support to students in a mentoring program with Big Brothers Big Sisters by eliminating any financial barriers they may have in their pursuit of post-secondary education.The Fred J.
