The Fred J. Watkins Foundation Scholarship was established in 2021 by the late Fred Watkins who wanted to leave a legacy that would provide young people with the gift of a bright future. The scholarship provides encouragement and support to students in a mentoring program with Big Brothers Big Sisters of London and Area primarily by eliminating any financial barriers they may have in their pursuit of post-secondary education. Please be aware that scholarships are subject to the availability of funds and that funds will be disbursed annually based on a student’s academic progress.
Application Requirements Please submit the following items no later than May 14, 2024. Three criteria to re-apply: You must submit your winter semester marks from 2024 by May 14th and complete the end of year check-in. You must be returning to school in the fall. And provide you thank you letter for donor advisor, Ralph. Documents can be uploaded below the application form.
