This is a reminder that matches are prohibited from swimming together in open water and partaking in open water activities. This includes swimming at the beach, canoeing, kayaking, all boats, sea-dooing, snorkeling, scuba or other diving, waterskiing/boarding, or any other activity that may take place in open water. Anything other than a pool is considered open water, including human-made lakes. Matches may swim together in pools, but this is considered a Permitted High-Risk Activity, and the following action must take place. Mentors may request to engage in a Permitted High-Risk Activity directly with their Mentoring Coordinator each and every time they wish to engage in this activity.
