As many of you know, after four years of impactful leadership, Janet Tufts is moving on as our Executive Director. We are very grateful for Janet’s leadership and we wish her all the best in her next chapter.
With Janet’s departure, we are thrilled to announce the appointment of Kim Tetley as our new Executive Director, effective June 26, 2023.
Kim brings a wealth of experience and an unwavering dedication to youth development and the transformative power of mentorship. With an impressive background in the non-profit sector, Kim’s expertise spans various key areas, including fundraising, marketing and communications, public relations, board governance, program delivery, and outcomes measurement.
Notably, Kim has demonstrated exceptional success in fundraising and amplifying impact during her tenure at Tim Hortons Foundation Camps. Her extensive experience encompasses major gifts, stewardship, events, partnerships, and digital campaigns. Kim is not only a confident spokesperson but also a passionate advocate, committed to raising awareness and securing funds to support youth from under-served communities.
Kim has a strong background in collaborative leadership and in building relationships with cross-functional teams, donors, and external partners. Kim resides in London with her partner and three children, and she looks forward to connecting with you in the coming days.
